this is an interesting one. we agree that the work shown may not always reflect your tastes but the idea is to help people find work they may like. chances are if someone’s on your profile they may well like some of the work you’ve been browsing. overall, we’ve had a positive response to this feature but we’ll definitely keep an open view and will re-evaluate in a month. thanks! ben@jotta.com
Option to change the background colours of portfolios

I use white backgrounds in a lot of my work, but they don't show up clearly because the Jotta pages are also white. Would it be possible to have the option to change the background colour of a portfolio to black/white/grey so that the backgrounds of my work are visible? The backgrounds play a large role in a lot of my designs, so it would be useful to have this option (or something similar).

allow marketplace adverts to be stored in a 'to do' list

opportunities and adverts could be collected in a private folder to be responded to at a future date

Doesn't seem to be anyway for a user to change their password, if there is I can't find it!

delete friends off profile and wall posts of updates

i would like to be able to delte friends off if i wanted to and do not want wall posts on my profile as it looks unprofessional

please put some feedback for when something is loading i.e. when you submit a wall message etc

for sending messages, wall posts, anything where the page doesnt reload but an AJAX method is submitted, please put a loading symbol or text up so i know its doing something and don't keep clicking.

transparent png backgrounds appear black

when uploading a png the background is black, it should upload and display a white background

information about image sizes woul be helpfull, so that they can be formated / croped before upload
